This aims to fix the error recovery bug, where the message shows up endlessly even if you Click the Don’t Send button.
Rightclick My Computer
Choose Properties
Click on the Advanced tab
Click on Error Reporting
Click on Disable Error Reporting
Optional: Uncheck But Notify…
Click Apply, then OK.
Restart the PC
