First Method
1. Run the IE8 Setup (IE8-WindowsXP-x86-ENU). It will automatically install and restart the computer twice.
Second Method
1.) Sometimes the first method will not work--- it will run the istallation and tell you it cannot download the update and put you in deep trouble which is so gay and bad.
2.) First, run the Windows update setup (WindowsXP-KB946501-v2-x86-ENU)
3.) Run the IE8 Setup (IE8-WindowsXP-x86-ENU). It will completely proceed and complete the installation.
