Outlook Attachments: Cannot Create File

Open regedit and navigate
to the following key:

HKEY_Current_USERS\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Outlook\Security

Note the path on the variable:
OutlookSecureTempFolder

Navigate to the path and delete/move
all contents to a temporary folder in
Local Settings

Afterwards, restart Outlook and retry.
